the OZMAN HOUSE

Nestled in the heart of Cherry Creek, this elegantly European styled home was a perfect candidate for a French formal garden. Using traditional French design language and a limited color palette, Thrive created an expressive parterre for these homeowners who wanted their home to reflect the painstaking attention to detail that they put into the design of their custom-built home.

Due to their close proximity to neighboring homes, a fourteen-foot tall screen of Arborvitae was installed on the south side. This undertaking involved heavy equipment to unload and plant these mature trees, a feat that Thrive excels at. Additionally, several dozen tons of amended soil were brought in to shape the front yard and build an earthen pedestal for this grand home to perch upon. A simple concrete stairway was poured to connect the front door to the street, buttressed by wing walls that use the same custom stone and stucco as the home.
